Profitably Utilize Low BTU Gases From Landfills, Digesters, and Coal Seams

ERA converts landfill gas, digester gas, and other low BTU waste gas streams into electricity, boiler fuel, and heat to reduce your energy expense, and help the environment at the same time. ERA also has technology to capture Carbon Dioxide for commercial use, and Greenhouse Gas reductions.  Our mission is to recover useful energy from waste sources, and pay for the capital investment with the savings generated.    ERA can provide its services as a Consultant, or a Turnkey Developer and Operator depending on individual client needs.

METHANE GAS SYSTEMS

PurGas High BTU Systems.    A membrane separation equipment system to produce pipeline quality natural gas from landfill gas, digester gas, and other low BTU methane sources, such as coal seams.

PurGas Medium BTU.   Methane gas stream cleanup system to cleanup gas streams without removing CO2 where medium BTU gas can be marketed, or used directly.

PurGas Greenhouse Gas Reduction Flare Systems   Low BTU methane destruction flare systems, enclosed or candlestick type.   Qualified Kyoto Protocol conforming flare systems available.

ELECTRICITY SYSTEMS

Electric Generation.  Either medium BTU reciprocating engines, or very low BTU recips utilizing the proprietary Methane Buster technology able to use Methane gas sources as low as 23% Methane.

CARBON DIOXIDE  GREENHOUSE GAS SYSTEMS

CO2 Recovery - Food Grade Liquid CO2 and Electricity.  ERA's Beverage Bottler Services System (B2S2) produces onsite electricity and carbon dioxide for carbonated beverage bottlers, reducing operating costs, and raising production reliability. And this is also done with a process that reduces Greenhouse gas emissions significantly.

CO2 Recovery - tertiary oil recovery applications, or sequestration.  ERA can adapt it's CO2 recovery techniques to produce an injectible CO2 stream for tertiary oil recovery, or for underground sequestration without oil recovery.

ERA can assist you to locate, develop, and operate an environmentally friendly energy project that meets your energy needs economically, while benefiting the Environment. Whether you are an electric producer seeking to generate Green Electricity for your increasing customer demand, or a manufacturer seeking to improve thermal efficiency while you benefit the environment, and save money, the ERA team can design, build, and operate your requirements.

Green Energy for Electric Producers:
The ERA team can locate sources of green methane from renewable sources, and arrange for its transportation to your existing electric power plant. Power producers across the Country are seeking to provide Green Electricity to meet their customers growing demand, and in many cases requirements imposed by Utility Regulators requiring the production of electricity from renewable fuels. Using the PurGas equipment ERA can produce methane from renewable sources, and arrange for its transport to your site through transactions managed by our Gas Transportation Company affiliates. This clean, reliable, green methane, at stable costs currently equal to market gas prices, can become your key to economical green electricity for your utility customers.

Beverage Bottler Services System - :
The Beverage Bottler Services System ("B2S2") is manufactured by the ERA team for carbonated beverage bottlers.  Now beverage bottlers can have reliable, guaranteed availability onsite electricity and CO2, backed up by your current CO2 and electric suppliers.   Eliminate CO2 availability concerns, and electricity interruptions by producing both electricity and CO2, reliably, at your bottling plant. The ERA team will design, construct, and operate the onsite B2S2 equipment for a monthly operating expense lower than your current cost of electricity and CO2 services.
